    Hi all,

Probably not the healthiest thing, but just curious as I was thinking about it last night, what is the most calorie dense food?

I was thinking Death by Chocolate :)

Pure oil, but I don't think anyone is bingeing on that :)

What you're looking for I think is a food that has high-palatability, high calorie density and low-satiety.

With that in mind, crisps are probably the perfect obesity food, many people can eat 1,000 calories of pringles without really thinking about it.

Take oil. Dissolve sugar into it. Win.

I've seen my teenagers eating olive oil with salt and pepper. Also melted butter with salt and thick sweet soy sauce.

Nuts -easy to eat, I have had over 500g in a nights drinking, thats about 3000kcal! never mind the beer cals (also easy)

Full fat milk is also pretty easy to down, and peanutbutter, which is just liquidised nuts basically.
