I'm wondering if any of you guys could recommend some detox tablets/ anti-bloating tablets?

I'm not looking for slimming pills or anything like that just something that will clear out the system of any clogged up sh*t for a couple of days.

The personal trainer I used to be with used to have great tablets but unfortunately I can't remember the name of them.

Would appreciate any recommendations... Again I'm not looking for slimming tablets as all.

    This really :)

What is it about your diet that's causing you to clog up? Do you eat a lot of processed food? A lot of sugar? Have you ever tried experimenting with eliminations to try and figure out what's causing it? There's really nothing that a pill can do that a decent diet can't achieve.

The bloating is in the main part down to medication that I have to take.

It's a side effect but unfortunately I'm in a position where I have to take the medication.

    Any suggestions?

ah, well if it's a medication issue then we're straying into dodgy territory here because even though it's a manageable side effect no-one can advise on what other pills you could take to help it in case there is some kind of interaction.

Have you spoken to your Dr. about it?

Not sure how to suppress bloating through meds, but have you ever taken green tea for detox? Also if you up your fibre intake you may see a difference....

Peppermint oil helps with bloated stomach feeling. Other then that I'd go back to the GP.

Well my doctor just tells me that bloating is a side effect. I've could give me a list of tablets that would help the situation I can approach my doctor and go through the options.

I'd like to be able to go to him with a list, having researched the options, as opposed having him spring something on my without having researched it and then not seeing him for another 3 months!

I'm not looking for medical advise.
