Any recommendations for a PT in WW Clontarf?

    Hi Guys,
Have been out of action for a while gym wise. Have a little bit of spare cash atm, and was thinking of getting a set of PT sessions. However, I do know that lots of the really good PT's are gone from WW Clontarf (along with the others). Can anyone recommend anyone who is there now? Preferably a girl, but that wouldn't be a deal breaker. Thanks in advance :)

Why don't you just go where the good PTs have gone? (The Edge: Clontarf)

    Hey Hanley,
Thanks for your reply. Yeah, one of the reasons why I'm reluctant to change from WW is that I would use the pool a good bit when I do. Have just in recent years learned how to swim (fear of water after being thrown in to River Liffey when a child ;) so find the pool and swimming coach there great.
I tore ligaments in my ankle a while ago and it took ages to heal prop, and I also kinda used it as an excuse to be a lazy ass, so just wanted a bit of a push to get back in action.
I suppose I just need to get the finger out, but don't want to waste money on a PT for a few sessions, if it's nor worth my while, and if I'd achieve the same from just my normal routine.

I wasn't suggesting that you join The Edge full time, just that you might want to engage them for a package of PT lessons if that's what you're after.

Yeah cool, I just had a look at their website, and looks really good. Is also quite near to where I live, so would be handy. Thanks.
