Food Diary

    Hey guys,

I was looking for somewhere to keep a food diary online-like the one that was on boards. I saw on a few threads that one was made for boards members but when I signed up for it my account was never activated!

Does anyone know how I can get this fixed or else another good site?

I keep one in a notebook at the moment but I think it'd work a lot better if it was a bit more public :p

They closed it out over concern about the possiblity of people giving bad diet advice, or people posting bad diets and someone coming along thinking they should eat like that without taking their own needs into account.

I suppose the best thing, may be to check out those calorie counter websites, I think some of them let you log/keep a diary. Seen them referenced around here before, but honestly can't think of any particular website off hand.

Take a look at http://www.fitday.com. I use it to track food, activities & weight.

You can also create custom foods as they wont necessarily have everything on their database. Well I havent found Doritos on there anyway:D

I use www.myfitnesspal.com and find it good. Lots of gluten free foods already in it and plenty UK and Irish brands already loaded on the database.. HTH
