I'm a student, off for the summer, un-employed and just basically piss about all the time.

I'm open to suggestions for a new hobby. I'll do the coolest most popular challenge.

Thats a super idea. Without the net you'll probably find yourself well occupied.

This isn't cool but anyway....learn a musical instrument as you are a student start with something cheap like a tin whistle...you can buy a teach yourself book and a whistle for less than 10 euro and there are some great you tube sites that will help you......you might enjoy it.

Exactly and that is the theory behind that way of eating, to get back in touch with the common ancestor that lies within, that craves 30 bananas a day. You may notice that you fap more in public, but that's a minor side effect that you'll get used to. It's challenge .. but if you think you're not man monkey enough for it.

I do have an old casio keyboard, just to find the right power source, so that's an option.
Also got access to acoustic and electric guitars.

I would like to retain the option for posting youtube vids or updates on here. But then again, i could just keep a journal and submit after 30 days.

I was lying btw.

Just though if you became any good ( or even learned to play in tune ) you could try busking... however don't go to in to the city centre and play the one tune over and over again you will just annoy people and they won't give you any money.

I think coffee shops should have a play for tips scene it would be a great way of enjoying some good music and an easy way for someone getting started to get some experience playing.

( 1) learn or improve on a musical instrument

(2) post up dates on youtube

(3) produce a 30 minute play list

This bit is optional ...fine a good looking singer of the op sit sex to play with you

(4) ask a coffee shop to let you play for tips.

Get really fit! Do the 30 day shed dvd by Jillian Michaels and see how fit you can get in a month! Or else get a language pack like the Rosatta Stone and see how well you can learn a language you've never tried before. You can download either online!

Nah, i play poker on occasion, and worked as a dealer for a couple months, don't think i have the money right now.

Create a blog and record everything you do everyday on the blog-

Things you should do-

Pick 30 people you admire in the world, write to one each day saying why you admire them and see if they reply

Do a set of exercises focusing on building muscle and post a pic everyday on your blog

Learn a piece of poetry by heart and record yourself doing in on camera and post it to your blog

Pick 30 things your afraid of and overcome them

And when your finished, some publisher may want to condense your blog in book form and you'll be an overnight sensation &

You can make a bigger dent in a language than you think, OP. Last summer I had three months of nothing also. I spent two of those months teaching myself some Russian, and after about two weeks brushing up on it last May my Russian is now better than my Irish after 14 years doing that in school.
