I've seen the tall ships in port a few times. I'd realy like to see them in full sail this time. They are leaving Waterford tomorrow morning, and sailing around our south west and northern coasts. I'm interested in hearing from anyone with local knowledge of good viewing spots, particularly on the south coast.

saw a sign saying "Tall Ships Viewing Point Sunday 3rd July" in Wexford on the road from the north end of town heading towards the N25. There must a viewing as they pass under full sail tomorrow.

I would say Hook Head would be a great spot, but maybe jammers tomorrow.

Hook head or Dunmore east will be good spots but I wonder are there other good places off Cork,Kerry,Clare or Donegall or will they be too far out to sea?

The route has changed as they're now going up the east coast due to forecasted weather along the west
