Problem with Bose remote control

    Not sure if this is the right section of this forum to post in but...

    Last night I decided to finally setup a Bose 321 HE system. It was bought about 8 or 9 years ago but since the sitting room was done up about five years ago it has been sitting idle. The system works perfectly except that the remote doesnt work at all. Ive been in touch with their customer care dept and all they did was tell me to call local shops and see if they can help.

    I cant imagine its the case but does the remote deactivate if not used in a certain period of time or do you have to synch it to the system?

    I'm a great fan of 321 series. Sorry to hear about your troubles. Just buy a refurbished rc at eBay.com. Hope that helps.
