Green Tea and Apple Cider

    I am on a diet (basically 3 meals and 2 snacks a day of proper, whole foods) that comes to about 1600 calories (give or take a hundred or so). I also take a Green Tea capsule (750mg) in the morning and 2 apple cider tablets (300mg each) with each meal. (These are the recommended intake on the packs).

    Hunger isn't a problem during the day, but around an hour or 2 after dinner (my last eating of the day) I start to get hungry and am wondering if it's because of the tablets (metabolism and stuff).

    Can anyone shed any light on this?

    (I'm a 18y/o female, 5'6'')

    It's more likely because you are 18 and only eating 1600 cals a day. You could skip the tablets for a couple of days and see if it makes any difference to your hunger. Even when something does speed up metabolism, it's by a few calories a day, not a lot.

    Do these apple cider tablets even work? Tried them before never noticed anything with them :confused:

    I've never seen any research to show that they work, and I do watch out for research to show any benefits to any supplements. I still live in hope of finding the magic pill that will turn me into a supermodel.
