I think I have plateu'd on my low carb diet. Haven't seen any measurement changes in last 3-4 weeks even though I have kept a deficit.

I've seen suggestions on sites to carb up then cut carbs again to break it. Not sure if this is bro science.

    Any suggestions?

Hi I have tried the low carb thing a few times and found it great for a couple of weeks then a plateu. Best results for me vis a vis losing weight - sensibly without being hungry is found on the fat to fit radio podcast and site. Their philosophy suits me. Calories in calories out. Eat like the slim person you want to become.
They have an easy calculator on the site. They also have interesting and sensible discussions on fad diets.

I use livestrong now cause it's a bit easier to find brands on it.

I'd go low fat high-carb for a day, do a big workout first.

Stick to good carbs like potatoes and rice.

Good discussion that and good sites.
Have the same issue, can't seem to shift off 14.5 stone and I am training probably for 8 to 10 hours per week.

Must see what that site adds up to on the calories, sometime I wonder if I am eating enough!!!
