Anyone know where I could get a relatively cheap dip station? Not a big, fancy one, just an average, basic one? Thanks!

You could get a zimmer frame on ebay for a tenner and mcguyver/rubadub it.

I use a pair of builders trestles. I grabbed a pair for free. They're great as you can change the distance and angle between them to suit you. I also use them as a squat rack and for bench press.

I was wondering about that before for benching. The pins holding them to a certain height often look flimsy though. Whats the most weight you've dropped on them?

Thanks for the ideas, much appreciated! Liking the zimmer frame (lol) and builders trestles idea... Cheap and cheerful :)

    They're rated for 900kg.
I benched 95 the other day and solid as a rock.
