Horizon Software for Tensile Testing

Hi all, I am currently using Horizon Software to carry out Tensile Tests for my MSc project but I am having great difficulty setting up tests.Especially with regards to exporting results to microsoft excel.Some results go thorough but others donts. Your help on this topic would be much appreciated.
