Hi I would be healthy(ish) enough but want to get better,
Just under 16 stone, 34 inch waist, 6'2

when i wake on way to work would have 2-3 bananas (circa 7.30am)

They do breakfast at work so would have porridge, the heathly nuts over it, with honey, and 3 slices of toasted brown bread soda

Lunch, soup and toasted wrap \ or else have dinner in canteen depending on the day etc

Would have more fruit if going to gym later or for run......

Then bagel with 2-3 rashers in evening (if had dinner at work) or 350-400g of beef mince or chicken fillet with pilau rice followed by activia yoghurt,

I am also taking spirulina daily (tablets form)

I did a fitness test recently had doctors checkup etc and it went well, 4% chlorosterol, tho my body fat was 22.5 (was disappointed with that but had been injured for past month or so, so expected it)

    Would appreciate any feedback\advice....

You could prob do with getting rid of the bagel and rashers, I read that pork is one of the worst meats to eat due to it staying in your digestive system longer. I also remember the last time I looked at the nutritional values on mince it wasnt great

you could do with more vegetables to bulk our your meals. other than that it may be that you are simply taking in too many calories.. would one banana do in the morning? or maybe 100g of mince instead of 400?
