Metcons & football training

    Have started to focus on metcons, needed a new challenge and want to up my fitness levels for football (soccer).

    I play at a reasonable level and want to really improve my general fitness this year. Anyone got tales to tell on their football or Gaa fitness improvements using metcons???

    Is it beneficial for the 90 minute game?
