    Hi all,

I'm basically cutting down on all bread at the moment and other starchy foods. Probably limiting my carbs to about 50-60g/day to control my weight. I've cut out rice, chips etc but i'm still eating about 2 slices of bread per day.

I'm eating Irwins 7 seeded at the moment as it seems to be low carbish compared to other breads. Have you guys heard of this? It's actually really nice. Pick it up in dunnes all the time. It says it's about 6.4grams per slice on the packet. Was pretty shocked at that figure. Can anybody explain how it is so low in carbs and am i ok to be eating 2 slices of this per day in the evening?

I basically have dinner at lunchtime with meat or fish loads of green veg and just a sandwich in the evening.

I stopped buying it for my son after seeing glucose syrup on ingredients list.
