    Hi all,

    Just looking for some advice on healthy and tasty snacks. I love fruit and mostly snack on that but I'm beginning to think I eat too much of it - I could eat up to 4/5 portions a day. I usually mind how many carbs I eat, sticking mostly to rice cakes or ryvita so I can only assume that my levelling off in weight is down to the snacking. I'm pretty active ~3 5/6K runs a week, no junk food and I'm restricting alcohol at the moment too, haven't touched a drop in a week.

    I also snack on low fat yogurt but I'm afraid of buying nuts because I'd eat too many!:pac:
