    Hey,

    So im going traveling RTW for year on Thursday and obviously the whole exercise/workout/diet routine is going to suffer a bit.

    My gym membership ran out about 2 weeks ago so in between I have just been doing a lot of walking (joys of not driving)..bout 1 hour a day. My diet stayed pretty good up to the weekend where I finally had to succumb to multiple going away drinks and force-fead meals from aunts and parents..plus a bit of enjoying Irish fair before I spend 3 months in Asia.

    Ques is I seem to have put on 2kg since Wed. Is this water or could it be down to the fact I have eaten a lot more carbs and reduced protein....my old diet was very carb limited and I was really strict...would love a bit of feedback??
