First off, this is not a complaint about the weather, t'was a fine day and I got a lovely bit of sunburn.

Feckin hell though, I'm sitting here, on the bed with a fan just facing me, blowing warm air at me.

Basically what I'm saying is.... my nut sack is warm. Bring back the winter!

    :pac:

It's probably because you're sunburnt. Go and have a cold shower.

Also, people moan all year round about the shít weather... You'd that people could be happy that we have sunshine for once!

Watching 'heat' sweltering with an ionic breeze (should be an ironic breeze with the movie im watching) less than a foot from my face so cool head, rest of me though, as a previously poster put it so eloquently put it is sweating like a priest in a playground.

Get lots of ice and place in a tray of cold water. Put it in front of your fan. The ice will melt and the cold air will rise and the fan will blow your way. I used to do this when I lived in Australia and had no air-con.

I drove from Dublin to tipperary and back in a bloody suit today. Sweating like a mother ****er when I got there so couldn't take off the jacket, my shirt looked like I had just run a marathon. Very comfortable day all in all.

Cold air does not rise, warm air does. Other than that your plan is flawless!!

Only until the park warden kicked me out. Apparently family picnics don't like the sight of a nicely cooked gooch. :P

Just diddled the rollix off the mrs, room is absolutely boiling now. To all those considering lovebumps tonight, might I suggest that they are sure of functioning aircon or a cold can of brewed beverages before pounding that pink oyster

You can all GTFO. It's icy cold here. I had three blankets on the bed last night, as well as my very sexy fleecey snowman pyjamas and slipper socks.

I have no sympathy for any of you!

(well actually, I do - I prefer the winter because you can lie around inside like a lazy so and so and nobody judges you for it. In the summer you have to be out doing things and I rarely want to. You can also eat loads and tell everyone you're putting on your winter weight and you need the padding)

It was a cracker here in Cork today.

Took a train to Cobh, made the grave mistake of eating in Supermac's (was fecking terrible), saw some nice female ass cheeks peeking out of short shorts.....and got a red face and neck.

Moral of the story: never eat food from Supermac's.

    It was shocking.

AH is an amazing forum. Nobody here seems to heard of relative humidity (RH), and the difference it can make to how you feel. I used to work in an office where they cranked up the heating in winter; the temperature went up to 25°C and it felt barely normal. Right now, I'm sweating though it's 15°C outside (source) and I have all the windows open. What's doing that? In the office the RH went as low as 20%, while right now the RH is 88%. The higher it gets, the worse your normal body's cooling systems work.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.
