Low profile graphics card, advice needed

Hello,

I apologise, but I don't know much about computers and I hope someone can please help.
I have an old Dell dimension 5150C computer and need a graphics card for it. Its a low profile, PCI express, narrow computer (Half height??).
I've looked around on boards and Dell, but Dell's site doesn't give much detail.
I'm not into the gaming stuff, so any advice would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

This one is by ATI has no fan (no fan noise, doesn't get clogged up with dust) and it has adapters for old and new monitors (the blue and white plugs on the back), so all bases should be covered

If you already have ATI graphics on your dell then it might be easier just to get the ATI card above, if you have Nvidia, you can just get the second (just a little easier for some people without having to change the card drivers)
