It says I'll live until I'm 81 y/o. I'm quite shocked actually - I'm overweight and don't get much exercise. It must be something to do with the fact that I don't drink too much or smoke and my family doesn't have a history of major diseases like cancer,

If I loose weight, get more exercise and change my diet a bit I could live until I'm over 90. This means I could see the 2080's. Woohoo.

87 - but I highly doubt i'll make it that long! I'm chronically ill for years :(
the chronically ill tend to go to the doc more often and take better care of themselves, and so live longer according to a nurse i knew.
(assuming it's not degenerative of course!)

If you burn it to a crisp the food is high in carcinogenics, which can contribute to cancer!

It told me 91 and that's with a really crappy diet. That's a bit mental I would have thought but I guess not smoking and only drinking occasionally must make a big difference, comparing it to what others here are saying. it reckoned I could add about 8 years with improvements in my diet. Who the he'll wants to reach 99 years old? I'll be happy with 80. Although both of my grandmothers are currently in their 90s and not going too badly.
