Personal Trainer/Gym in Cork

    Basically want to start going to the gym
    and build up a bit but I'm useless at knowing what to do when it comes to routines nutrition etc so wanna go with a trainer.was thinking k2ny in glanmire as I think it's gym and personal training in one but heard it's very pricy.
    Any recommendations much appreciated

    Hi Maraman,

    I'm a personal trainer working out of Midleton in Cork. I run range of classes in my gym - (Kettlebells, Thai Boxing, Boxing, Circuit Training etc.) as well as training clients privately.
