    Misery I'd say. Imagine:

    Trying to find clothes
    How self conscious she must feel in public - and all the staring and taking the piss
    How awkward sleeping would be
    Back/chest pain
    The feeling of being smothered - can't be good for breathing
    The chafing of the skin underneath the boobs
    The increase in size during menstruation/pregnancy/lactation
    The awkwardness of having a shower
    The awkwardness of sex positions (her husband must be the ultimate Tit Man :eek:)

    Boob size can be increased by excessive weight, but I'd say there's far more to these than just extra fat - excessive oestrogen maybe... dunno.
