I suffer lowerback pain from an injury I had about 9 months ago. I was just wondering has anyone ever used one of the Homedic Back Massager devices (pillows or seats) and if so how did you find it. Its just to provide relieve from the soreness in the evenings etc.

I havent tried it but would you maybe try a foam roller, the grid is one of the best.
