    Hi,

Has anyone here done any courses with West Cork Sailing in Adrigole? I'm considering doing my Day Skipper course with them at some stage and would like to hear about anyone's experiences with them. The price seems to be way below average - possibly to do with the out-of-the-way location?

    Cheers

I've come across Niall a few times, but I've never done a course there. He 'examines' or tests at a decent ISA level (Instructor Level 5).

IMO he is very experienced and has quite a good manner. His Sailing School must be more than 10 yrs old. He runs it with his wife IIRC.

I would certainly consider doing 'Day Skipper' with him - I presume his price is lower because of reduced overheads etc.
