    Hi
Story is wedding next week, have been not so much dieting, but "looking after myself" since january in prep. Lost a good bit of weight and toned up, or i had until the start of June when disaster struck! Exam time came and so did the munchies, kept saying to myself its grand, il work this off next week....... next week has been and gone and the weight is still appearing, now im not talking stones or that, but lets just say the dress is 'snug', ive only a few days left, without being too bold, how will i loose about 4-5 pounds in a week?

One of the 'girls' said pineapple and all bran for the week? Sounds rotten! Is gettin up and running everywhere for the next week my only option?

Sorry triny, rapid weight loss tips(as well as potentially unhealthy) are not within the remit of the Ladies Lounge. Have to close it I'm afraid.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
