Does the fact that you weren't accepted to the HEAR scheme mean you won't be accepted to the DCU access scheme. I meet all the financial factors but no social or cultural ones. I was hoping to get subsidized accommodation but I don't know whether i'm still able to or not. I'm kind of dependent on the subsidized…
