Does the fact that you weren't accepted to the HEAR scheme mean you won't be accepted to the DCU access scheme. I meet all the financial factors but no social or cultural ones. I was hoping to get subsidized accommodation but I don't know whether i'm still able to or not. I'm kind of dependent on the subsidized accommodation, so basically will the fact that i'm ineligible for HEAR mean i'm ineligible for DCU access?
