    Hello good people,
First time posting in this particular section.
I recently read about the benefits of Himalayan Salt.
After searching it on boards I got a couple of hits but the links were dead (links from the forum to an outside page I mean)
Anyway I was wondering if any of ye had tried it and what you thought?
Also where did you get it?Is there a place in Dublin that it can be bought?
    Thanks :)

I have a Himalayan salt lamp, you could buy one of those and chop off bits or just lick it,it is also supposed to ionise the air.

You could try Fallon & Byrne in Exchequer Street, Dublin 2, or the Health food shop beside McDonalds in Grafton Street.

I've had some, couldn't see any advantage over any other salt.

I got some pink himalayan salt in supervalu a few weeks back. Think it was a Jamie Oliver brand, will check when I get home.
