    Heard this is great for losing weight:) is there any brand of the tea in particular you heard was quite good?

    Not really.

    What's far more important is the calories you're consuming? If you lay out a typical day to day food and drink intake (include everything), then people can show you where you're going wrong.

    Drinking green tea is not going to make you lose weight. It's great but it's not a bloody miracle tea!!

    Also, read the stickied threads at the top of this forum. Learn the basics before you jump on in.

    Agreed - a nice addition to an already good nutrition intake but in no way a major factor
