Advice on exercise plan please

    OK so here goes, have let myself go the past yr & desparately want to get back in shape & more importantly healthy.

    I want to lose about 1.5stones to bring me back to my pre preg weight so below is what I have come up with.

    I am going to start the Couch to 5k tomorrow & do 3/4 days a wk.
    I am thinking about buying a cross trainer - will this help with weight loss/toning? How long should I use it for every day?
    Also am going to try Davina Mc Call DVD as have heard great reports.

    I know nutrition is going to play a big part so will hopefully get some advice on the nutrition board.

    marley123, Dont waste your money buying them things. What you need to do is do high intensity cardio i.e (sprints) or low intensity cardio i.e (jogging) in the mornings on an empty stomoch.
