    I have frozen chips, but not microwavable ones. A can of beans would not fill me up. I don't know how to scramble eggs.

    I'm not just getting it for the calories... it's ****ing savage! I'm just saying I probably still won't exceed my GDA. I mean it won't have 2,000 calories will it?

    Beans is MORE THAN A SCONE
    Scrambling eggs is easy :D Just need a whisk, some butter and a pot. And a few eggs ;)

    Why? I don't need to calorie count, and I don't really. I just try to have a calorie deficit every day, if possible.
