Knowing Conor's usual unrealistic targets, he just isn't going to eat at all! :P

    :P

The target is to go to Christmas without eating any biscuits, chocolate, crisps, jellies, ice-cream, etc.

Fizzy drinks were included, but I decided that I might actually last longer than a day and a half (my usual) if I allowed myself something.

Hmm, it's only a temporary thing anyway. Actually, I don't have a clue what I'm doing with regards to my diet plans. I change my mind daily (just read my log :P)...

The original plan was to cut out all **** and calorie count to ensure a calorie deficit every day until I lose some body fat. And, after that, I can relax the diet a bit and enjoy myself a bit. I'm not fat or anything. I'm around 145 pounds... at around 6 foot 1, so I'm not even considered overweight. In fact, according to Fitday.com, if I go down to 140 pounds, I will be considered underweight for my height.

But while I am fairly lean, I would like to get rid of the extra body fat. I would like to get down to around 11 or 12% body fat. Basically, whenever I can clearly see my six-pack without tensing is when I'll be happy. (Not for the six-pack... but that's the most accurate measurement I have of bodyfat at the moment)

But that never works. I generally last around 36 hours before breaking. Also, calorie counting is tough. I don't know how to calorie count dinners for example. Anything out of a packet is fine (with nutritional information) but I struggle with dinners and stuff without nutritional information.

I wrote more than I intended to. I could talk all day about this. Anyway, I have €220 riding on this at the moment - that I will last longer than a friend without eating any ****.

I don't what I should do really. Should I just calorie count and that for awhile like? I don't know.

Are you eating more food in general?

Because you can eat as healthy as you want, but eat too much, and you will put on weight.

You should have seen what I used to eat on a daily bases when out with the lads. It wasn't right. Sickening really tbh.

I used to spend around €7 a day in Dunnes.

Not lunch. Just when I'm out with the lads.

Typical "meal": 2 Milka Diams, 3 Walkers, and 2 Cans of Coke. And that's a minimum. Usually a packet of Mikados too. :(

Get up earlier! It only takes two minutes to eat a bowl of Weetabix.

No excuse for not having breakfast!

I don't know if girls realise this... but a lot of the time make-up makes them look stupid.

We would you look pale than like an Umpa-Lumpa tbh.
