    Cringe!

Today is my first day back after being possibly the drunkest person at our work summer event on Friday. Thankfully there were 200 people there and maybe I was not exposed to toon many of them. I have had the fear all weekend because i genuinely cannot remember the end of the night.

This was the drunkest i have ever been at any work event, i will never do it again. I am here at my desk hiding because i am so embarassed about what i cannot remember but i am guessing it was pretty bad. The girls I work with told me that i sat back down at the wrong table at one point.

How do i get through this day? How am i even going to go for lunch?

Try to catch your boss's eye and gauge his reaction. If he glares at you, shakes his head and turns away in disgust, you may as well hand in your notice.
On the other hand, if he grabs his balls, jerks his hip's and says "Ohh Yeaaa Baby", your sorted !!

Significant enough for them to be living together anyway.

As I said before, I don't think they even split up, but I'm talking like 1997 here, my recollection isn't quite clear.

    wow.... id deck him

Some of the antics I know happened at work nights in various companies and civil service.

    -Limbo accident
-Person urinated in corner of pub
    -someone whipped there todger out
    -Urination in corporate seating
-Group got escorted out of croke park
    -Serious offer of threesome
    -Poker till 6am hammered
-Staff member dropped on her ass
-Staff members house broken into for booze at 2am while he slept(we had keys). Booze replaced the next day.
-Staff member getting horribly sick and falling asleep over Harcourt luas stop sign

Obviously I can never name the companies but they all happened.

So getting drunk and sitting at another table is mild in my experience.

Ok so, i made it through lunch :) Just some mild staring in the canteen.

Thanks for all of your comments, it sounds like this could have been a hell of a lot worse.

I know it doesnt feel like it, but you're completly overeacting. You just got the fear after drinking a bit too much. Try to forget about it, you didn't even do anything bad. Know one is talking about you or staring at you.

I'd be glad if all I did was sit at the wrong table after a work night out.

Am watching the vid on youtube at the min - no big deal, you didnt behave too badly in general.
You should apologise to the tall blonde girl who was wearing the black dress though - that bit was way out of order!
