I joined when I was 13, although I didn't post much. I'd say the youngest is around 13, but I remember seeing a post ages ago about a person worried about going into 1st year of secondary school - which would make them 11/12.

That's weird, to me anyway. When I was in primary school I didn't even know forums and the like existed. :pac:

OP, actively seeking out young children on the Interwebs is generally frowned upon.
They're all in the children's forum:

Excuse me, Pokemon is not child like

I was 15 when I joined...the Junior Cert forum was pretty popular then, dunno if it still is? My brother used to be a mod of the computers forum and boards was the homepage for a while so that's how I knew about it. I got Rozabeez to join, she was just 13..too young even for the Junior Cert forum but no problem to her!:)

Just a quick query, seeing all the junior cert threads on the homepage got me thinking, there might be people on here younger than even the 14/15 year olds in that forum. There's no threads on boards geared towards any younger ages; so who is the youngest boardie? Did anyone join before they were 13? Etc. etc. I'm genuinely curious.

BJ in your user name makes me very suspicious...

Sites like facebook are quite popular with younger kids (ages 8+)...so I'd say there are a few here..just perhaps not in this forum.

I had an account here some time in the past when I was in fourth class... I remember making a single post about something in the computers section and then forgetting about the account, lurking for a few years and rejoining.

Jaysus, that'd be like 9/10 years old! I'd say you win, if this was a competition :P
