I'm sure some yous would have come across this already but thought id put it out there for others. http://www.chrismc.de/development/xarp/ I have just been trying out the free version on windows, works well. If using in BT5/Ubuntu you will need to install dependencies.

Not arp detection, but may fall into a similar category. Enables you to mess with arp spoofers.
