Personally I like low carb so if I was going, I'd get the following:

Starter - Brasserie sixty6 Caesar salad bound with parmesan, crispy bacon, black olives, tarragon and crispy croutons. I'd ask for no croutons and black olives (i hate olives :))

Dinner - Rib eye steak chargrilled to your temperature, served with hollandaise sauce, crisp watercress salad, thick cut chips and fine beans. I'd ask for no chips and more salad.

Dessert - Probably a cheese board or something. Doubtful after eating steak. More then likely just coffee.

Tbh, I wouldn't get too hung up on it. Unless its a regular thing, eat what you want and then go back to your normal diet.
