    You can't, just as the state cant prove the contrary. Its a pity really because this state is being ripped off by this type fraud amongst other fraud. My pal got a house on a Respond social Housing estate, At the pre-tennancy courses 80% of the new tennants were claiming to be lone parents. When they all moved into the estate. Nobody was living alone. If this is the possible on one estate. What the hell are they doing to the country?
