Dont take your little babies to noisy shops!

I was in a popular shop with ladies clothes yesterday when I saw those little scared eyes in a pram. The baby was absolutely horrified when mother was searching for clothes in shopping trance. Music there was much to loud even for adult - not to mention maybe three months old baby! Young babies have very fragile nervous systems and its much to much for them to be surrounded by so much sounds, people and colours! If you dont want your child to be half deaf and have some developmental problems try leave him/her with somebody while shopping! Not to mention sooo many prams in small shops are annoying..

Single mothers need to get their bacardi breezer and rob from penneys too you know, how are they meant to do that if their dole won't stretch to a babysitter? They can't stay home alone until they're 3!

    Uncaring monster.

You should have offered her your baby-sitting services. How loud is loud exactly?

Tip: Babies also cry when they're hungry, tired, need winding, or feeling unwell also.

Did you ask her that, or were you too busy standing back judging her?

And another thing, mothers are only allowed out once a month to find some clothes? Let me guess, childrens allowance day? I'd like to see you post this drivel over in the parenting forum.

Not to mention sooo many prams in small shops are annoying..

You're totally right. They should form an orderly que outside the door and let only one in at a time - so you can fire the evuls at them all individually.

No its not. I really felt sorry for this baby and its wasnt the first I've seen confused like this. I just hate this stupid life style when poor kinds are dragged to shops few days a week like there is nothing better to do! Sad

ffs its just a bit of music unless the kid was bleeding from its ears id say it would be just fine it probably looked in distress because some strange woman was staring into the pram and taking down note to post up on boards

    sooo ignorant ......

-have you ever heard about something called decybels? There is a limit of how many your inner ears can take and -younger you are lower the limit!
-and there if no bleeding when your hearing is damaged!

Fύck that shίt, when I was his age I was out cutting turf.

That's nothing, I was forking bales of hay up on to trailers from the pram. They used put a calf and the dehorning iron into the playpen with me and let me work.

I'd be more worried about a child being taught about decybels (hint, it's i, not y) and having poor grammar, punctuation, and general comprehension skills than of the damage a bit of music might do in a shop for a few minutes.

And OP unless you've been systematically following this woman how do you know she's bringing the baby to the shops all the time because she has nothing better to do?

More worried about spelling than ear damage?:confused

I would like to read your bit of text in German/French or whatever other language you know apart from english - if any! I am not english native speaker, so maybe a little more tolerance?
The issue is not this particular baby but as I mentioned before this "lifestyle". After reading this I think you are all this kind of people... feeding yourselfs and your kids in mcdonalds, watching tv and not thinking too much in general. Good luck with your empty lifes! No wonder kids are more and more stupid.

How ya like them apples op boo ya!!

    Sympathy gone.

Too much tolerance shown to the newbie.

Castigating a nation as they dont believe in your posts doesnt help your understanding of this country.

I agree with some of your parting shot post but......

    If you dont like it......leave.

Both the forum and the country.

    No-one forces you to stay.

Well gosh, what did I do to invoke that response?

1] There is no McDonalds anywhere near where I live, until last year or so there was no McDonalds in the COUNTY I live in.

    2] I do not have a TV.

3] I do not have children. My partner lives in a different county altogether, so this is a good thing in terms of stable childhood development (according to Piaget, whom I have studied).

4] I tend to overthink, if anything.

5] My life is quite empty, thank you for hurting my feelings and giving me the cold hard slap of reality. My day had been going quite well before that.

6] If I did have baby goats, I am sure that they would not be STUPIDER than baby goats from a generation ago. In fact, as a child my family had two baby goats. Mine was called Brownie and my sister's was called Susie. They were quite amicable. I loved looking after Brownie (who, incidentally, was brown). I used to like bringing her to her shed at night. This changed when I was four years old, holding her rope to take her up the field and she pulled me over, skinning me from forehead to my ankles. I got blood all over the pretty new dress that my Dad had sent from a recent visit as he lived in England. This happened during the Sunday night finals of Italia 90. I was very sad five years later when we had to give them away as they were too difficult for my mother to cope with.

Fair enough. What started as an observation pretty much ended with your opinion on our country, lifestyles, eating habits and child rearing skills.

What country are you originally from,if you dont mind me asking?

You are quite defensive. If you feel people in real life are not so dull, why did you raise initial issue here?

No, it has nothing to do with my opinion about this country at all!
    I'm from Poland.
-and I started this thread because I just felt it's wrong to expose newborns to so much noise too many times. I know it not possible to avoid it completely, but as so many people are doing it almost on a daily basis -it must affect those children somehow and by posting this I was hoping maybe to speak to few and make them think about it and maybe try not to do this too many times -that's it!
