    I have listened a lot that green works effectively to maintain the fitness and health.. I just want to ask who it effect to reduce the weight.

    Your metabolism can slow down on a diet. Drinking green tea helps to boost it so that you keep burning as many calories as possible throughout the day. You can feel this (thermogenic) effect as your body heats up when you drink it. I add in some cayenne pepper which gives it a nice bite . . . this really heats you up too.

    Oops, forgot to mention it also contains caffeine which adds to the above effects.
