    Hey,


    looking for yer opinions on the menshealth magazine . What is it like is it good bad etc and also where is best online to subscribe or is it as cheep in shops ?

    If you want serious information on getting fit/healthy do a bit of research on the net and youtube. :D

    Its pretty much the same stuff every month. How to get a six pack, make your gf think you are casanova in bed.

    It should be changed to Men's Lifestyle. :D

    Hey. Less of that. Loaded won a shed load of prizes in the nineties/early naughties. I'll take loaded any day over MH, at least it's target audience is straight males!

    probably the best description you can get. If you look at covers over longer period of time you will notice that they repeat themselves. Also workout ideas they present there are most of times unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and instead of buying that go and buy yourself a pint. You will enjoy it more ;)

    disregarding the exercise stuff what is peoples opinion on the nutritional info in the magazine, if the info provided for the meals is accurate then it makes a change from plain ol chicken fillets no?
