Well the existing mods take a few litre bottles of whiskey and line up a bunch of shotglasses with random usernames of regular posters on each one.

The username on the last shotglass we drink before puking gets forward to round 2. This round can go on for a few days until we have a large enough pool of usernames.

Then the c-mods come in. They carve out a line of cocaine for every randomly selected poster and the poster who corresponds to the number of lines they can take before they can no longer feel their nose gets put forward to the admins.

Now the admins take a bunch of nameless unimportant hookers and (this part of the process we're a bit sketchy on) but essentially the one who ends up dead first has a number which corresponds to a poster from the previously sorted pool of whiskey and then coke selected usernames and they get made mod.

It's the only fair way.
