Should I get a Re-Assessment?

    Hey guys,

joined a gym (newbie) a few days ago and got my first assessment. I was asked what my objectives were and I kind of misunderstood the context and figured it meant actual competitive objectives or something along those lines. In the end I told the man I wanted to be able to get fit, possibly run longer distances, get a bit more built but lose some fat. He then gave me this workout programme and I'm looking for either opinions or suggestions to going back:

10 minute warm up at 7km/h on Treadmill
    Stretches
30 minutes at 10km/h and then as much as I can do after that
    Leg Press 20 x 3 sets at 21kg
    Dumbell Squats 20 x 3 sets 5kg x 2
    Dumbell Reverse Lunge (as above)
    Seated Row 20 x 3 at 10kg
    Chest Press 20 x 3 at 10kg
    Sit ups
    Back extensions
5 minutes cool down at 7km/h on Treadmill / Stretches

He really took what I said about wanting to run longer and 'ran' with it (lol), but I don't know if that's what I want. I'm 13.5 stone, 5ft 11" and in my early 20s. I have a flabby stomach and bottom and wouldn't mind losing weight generally and then toning. I would like to up my general fitness, however, and at the same time I'd love to have bigger arms, bigger chest and stronger stomach.

    Hmm...

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers.

    Bigger arms chest and legs?
Do starting strength or 5/3/1 and for fitness do a bunch of sprints, or a longer run but dont be surprised thatll weaken your lifts and impede your size gains for your legs
