Crew Available - Limerick/Clare and Perhaps Cork

    Hi,

I always wanted to get into sailing but I thought it was the preserve of the super rich but now that I see over on apolloduck that I can get a nice Westerley Cirrus for about €3-5k all that has changed!

Anyways, I'm too late to join the UL Sailing Club as beginners need to start in march so if anyone is looking for some crew and are willing to show a fast learner the ropes I'd love to help out. I live in Castletroy and work Mon-Fri 9-5.30 so either evenings somewhere close by or at weekends I could travel to Cork for the summer as I'm actually from there myself (though maybe only every second or third weekend if travelling far to say west cork as opposed to cork city).

So, if you are looking for crew with a good attitude, I'm your man. I can sign any waivers as I was a lifeguard and I have my PADI open water cert so being on the water is not an issue. Of course, I will also be most respectful of your property and equipment.

PM me if you have any interest!

(Mods - crew wanted/offered could be a very useful sticky maybe?)
