looking to get info on an exercise
I've been given a rehab program for my knee by my physio.

have single knee squats to perform
    and leg extensions, done eccentrically

I know how to do all the above

the exercise I'm looking for into on is called the Petre Step Up?
have been trying to find out how to do it on the internet? no luck

    any info? help? please?

I have never heard of it but can I ask if this a rehab exercise given to you by your physio?

If so, then they should have given you a demonstration and watched you perform the exercise to ensure that you were doing it correctly and not likely to set yourself back doing it incorrectly.

The best advice would be to ask your physio about this, get them to show you correct form and then watch you perform it to ensure that you form is correct and not likely to cause a setback in your rehab.

Did your physio give you this exercise? Have you looked up 'step up' as opposed to putting 'petre' before it?

I've attached a description of a 'step up' unless your physio told you to do it, don't. They should have made sure you were 100% comfortable with it anyway.
