    So, Nandos. How would it be as an option if you were trying to loose weight. Say for example you got chicken breast in sauce (without skin) and ratatoulie as a side? Nothing about nutrition facts on their website so dont know if everything is cooked in butter or what not. Prob best off avoiding it regardless?

    Got a major bout of the runs after eating there today. I reckon it was all the hot sauce I consumed. So in essence, I would say it is a very healthy meal as you pump it out of your body not too long after you put it in there!
