Common practice I believe is for the requests to be checked once per week.

Indeed, from this thead in their Soccer Access Requests forum:

Applications are usually processed once a week, though may be longer, so please do not contact us or post on your access thread looking for an update on your application.

Please be patient and they'll get around to your application in due course.
