Food affecting your skin

    Hey guys
Just wondering does anyone have advice. I never ever had spots on my cheeks when I was a teenager, but in the past couple of weeks I have had little bumps under my skin and small spots on my cheeks. Does the kind of food you're eating affect your skin?

I also suffer form itchy arms and legs, I've had numerous tests done for allergies but nothing showed up, can certain foods cause this?

The only change in my diet is that I've recently started eating salads, which I never liked before...but surely that's a good change!!

Nothing on your specifics there, but I do suffer from a bit of dry skin and some eczma on my hands. I find that eating a bit of mackerel does wonders for the dry skin, I guess the oiliness of the fish has something to do with it.

I had the same problem. I don't like fish - except for tuna and cod - so I got some fish oil which isn't too bad. I use this Carlsons.

It's cleared up now - although I did cut down on alcohol as well so I don't know which of the two cleared it up (both probably contributed).

My skin's ok but itchy ankles and lower legs used to drive me crazy. An anti-histamine got rid of it. I've stopped taking that. Now supplementing calcium which also seems to work.
