    Hi everyone

Can anyone recommend a good fitness DVD? A general get fit dvd with tummy toning would be ideal.

    Thanks

God I have sooooo many fitness dvd's at this stage but you tend to see the same trainers making the rounds of all the overweight 'celebs' (usually 'z' listers!) and essentially its the same routine with just different music.

However I have to say I do love Davina McCall's range - though you may want to do it with the volumn down cos she starts to get on your nerves after a while! Anyway... she has an ex-royal marine guy putting her through her paces, does some really nice leg & butt workouts that leave your legs like jelly for 2 days afterwards (plenty of squats and lunges interspersed with intervals to keep the heart rate up) and a good upper body workout also. Her latest one 'Body Buff' also includes cardio & boxing sections if that's your thing;).

    Hope that helps
