All the little meals I have inbetween the meals...

I know, I know... But they're ever so nice! Sometimes it's fruit, sometimes it's ice-cream and some times it's crisps... Or what ever I may find in the kitchen. Mmmm! :o

Mine ain't breakfast for sure, I have to force something down me in the mornings (bleh).

I would say lunch when on holidays.

During normal working hours dinner is the best. I usually workout in the evenings so I give myself a proper feeding at night. And I'm more relaxed.

Dinner/supper, or what ever you call the grub in the evening(time we have the hot meal of the day.

My reason is that for this meal the most varity is available:

Pasta or Rice or Potato or Noodles
Pork or Beef or Chicken or Fish or Eggs or Turkey or Quorn
Bake or Steam or Stirfry or Boil
    Veg or sauce or salad

I enjoy all 4-7 daily meals. Mainly becuase I don't count calories, and I eat whatever I want whenever I want as long as theres a boat load of protein involved. Thank you Travis Ortmeyer for that advice last year :)

I follow the Joe Rogan advice "Eat what you want if you're training hard, but make sure there's some greens in there. You'll be thankful when you're on the shítter"

Most gracious of thanks when I'm in the zone.

I actually had that idea about 6 years ago! I even did up the design for my Technical Graphics project on my Junior Cert. Failed the class, but the idea clearly is a winner.

Breakast for sure. It's the reason I get out of bed, literally! I'd have it for lunch/snacks/dinner if it was possible.
Goin through a 3tbsp oats/millet with sprinkle whey protein, half tsp molasses and handful berries and cinnamon at the moment. Yummy scrummy :)
