    guys,

at what point does loosing weight cause saggy skin?
    I'm 5ft10 and I started @ 17st3, I'm at 14st8now and want to go to 12st10/13st4ish.

would that kind of loss result in saggy skin, what can be done to fight/minimise it?

    thanks

filing up with the muscle would do the trick IMHO ,keeping your skin moisturized
Focus more on weights less on cardio and slowly but surely you will get there

    Ps(I used to be 18st btw, now I'm about 13st ) :)

Depends how young you are, skin bounces back an awful lot better in young people.

Having said that there are some things you can do to help.

Keep a good vitamin C and E intake (LOADS of green leafy veggies) and as was previously mentioned weight training.
