    Hi folks
    after a long time away from both the gym and training (martial arts) i finally have the time to get back into both of them. only thing is could anyone reccomend a weights program for me? not looking to get huge or anything just looking to build strenght and speed.
    Any replies would be really appreciated!

    Wendler's 5/3/1 is an intermediate program. OP, go with SS or preferrably WS4SB(West Side 4 Skinny Bástards) if you want it to compliment a martial arts background. Having said that, diet and consistency with whatever routine you pick are the most important things.
